Can I upgrade from the Course to Coaching later?
Yes! Many clients start with the Appetite Reset Course to experience Phase 3 on their own, then upgrade to Group or Private Coaching to access all 4 phases with personalized support.

A note on investment: The $297 course fee does not apply as a credit toward coaching. However, if you successfully complete the course independently, you may save money when upgrading to coaching because you'll move through the program faster (fewer months = lower total cost).

Important: Don't choose the course just to save money on coaching. If you're not genuinely self-motivated and disciplined enough to complete self-paced learning, you'll end up wasting your $297 AND delaying your results. The course is designed for people who thrive learning independently—not as a "cheaper path" to coaching. What's the difference between Group and Private Coaching?
Both include all 4 phases of the Body Reset Protocol. Private gives you 1-on-1 attention, custom plans, and 24/7 access to Stavros. Group gives you expert coaching in a community setting with peer support, live weekly calls, and a more accessible price point.
Why does the Course only include Phase 3?
Here's the truth: most people already know they should exercise and eat healthy foods. Many of my clients are ALREADY doing those things when they come to me—they work out regularly, they buy organic vegetables, they avoid junk food—but they're STILL struggling with their weight. Why? Because their appetite regulation is broken.

Phase 3 (Appetite Reset) is the missing piece that almost no other weight loss program or nutritionist teaches. You can exercise perfectly and eat all the "right" foods, but if your hunger signals are broken, you'll still overeat, still battle cravings, and still feel deprived. Fixing your appetite thermostat is what makes everything else work effortlessly.

That's why I offer it as a standalone course—many people only need this piece of the puzzle. It's also the perfect starting point if you want to test my approach before committing to full coaching. Once your appetite regulation works properly, you might find that's all you needed. And if you want to go deeper with the other phases, you can always upgrade to coaching later.
