How long does the program take?
Most clients complete the full 4-phase transformation in 4-6 months. However, because we're month-to-month with no contracts, you can stay as long as YOU need. Some finish in 3 months if their systems click quickly. Others need 7-8 months for complete transformation. You progress based on results, not arbitrary timelines.
What if I need to stay at weekly sessions longer than 2-4 months?
Perfect! That's exactly why we're month-to-month. You stay at $697/month for weekly sessions for as long as YOU need. Some clients move to bi-weekly after 2 months, others need 4-5 months of weekly support. We reduce session frequency when YOUR systems are working properly, not based on a calendar. You're investing in results, not rushing through a schedule.
How do I know when I'm ready to decrease session frequency?
We'll know together. When your habits are automatic, your appetite is working correctly, and you're maintaining results without constant input, we'll reduce sessions from weekly to bi-weekly. You'll feel the difference—and your progress tracking in the app will show it clearly. This happens naturally, not because a calendar says it should.
Are the sessions in-person or virtual?
All coaching sessions are conducted via phone or Zoom (your choice). This allows for maximum flexibility in your schedule and eliminates travel time. Sessions are 30 minutes each and scheduled at times that work for your busy professional life.
What happens if I need to cancel or take a break?
Because it's month-to-month with no contracts, you can cancel anytime with 30 days notice. If you need to pause temporarily (travel, emergency, etc.), we can put your account on hold. The goal is flexibility, not locking you in.
Do I need to count calories or track macros?
No. In fact, the entire point of the Appetite Reset is to fix your internal hunger and fullness signals so you DON'T need to count or track anything. We use the app to track HABITS (not food), and only temporarily until those habits become automatic. By the end of the program, you won't be tracking anything.
What makes this different from other coaching programs?
Three things: (1) We fix broken systems instead of teaching manual override, (2) Your investment DECREASES as you improve (proof the systems work), and (3) The goal is independence, not keeping you dependent forever. Traditional coaching keeps you paying the same price because they need you reliant on their system. I reduce your investment as your systems get fixed because the goal is for you to NOT need me anymore.
What's the discovery session like?
It's a 30-45 minute conversation (not a sales pitch) where we discuss your weight loss history, what's been sabotaging your efforts, which systems need the most attention, and whether we're a good fit to work together. You'll walk away with valuable insights whether we work together or not. There's no pressure—if it's not right for you, I'll tell you honestly.
